Westbrook Highland Creek, L.L.C. sells parcels of land to residential and commercial builders who develop individual sites and construct buildings.

However, each builder at Highland Creek operates independently and is not affiliated with Westbrook Highland Creek, L.L.C. or TERRABROOK. Buyers of homes in Highland Creek contract directly with the builder and must rely solely on their own investigation and judgement of the builder's construction and financial capabilities inasmuch as Westbrook Highland Creek, L.L.C, Westerra Management, L.L.C., TERRABROOK and their affiliates do not warrant or guarantee such capabilities, nor do they warrant or guarantee the design, pricing, engineering or construction of any home or any other building constructed by such builder at Highland Creek or the obligations of any such builder to the buyer.
